January, 2014 I signed a two year contract. For 17 months I paid $51.38 every month by autopsy. today I got a bill for $107.38. The increase reflected a data plan I did not want. I was told the 2-year contact I agreed to did not include a data plan and now I had to pay for a plan I did not order or want.
I was told my two choices were to accept the new $107.38 a month or be charged $165.00 for breaking a contract I'd agreed to and paid when billed for 17 of the agreed 24 months.
A supervisor said the system said I had to pay the additional charges or pay $165 because I had not honored the contract.
Now my credit card will be charged $272.00! I no longer have a phone and I will lose 52 hours in unused rollover minutes already paid for.
I guess a contract with AT&T means the customer pays the contracted amount until AT&T decides to make a change to the contract!
$272.00 and no phone at all!
