This is a brutal truth of AT&T which has 5.6 m people liked on facebook , 48,097 followers on google plus ,about 456,288 followers on LinkedIN ,656K followers on Twitter and 25.9 K followers on Instagram. I want to take a moment or technically few minutes of those loyal customers of AT&T - Here is a small true incident: On Feb 8th 2015 i waked to AT&T Authorized Retailer store to purchase a new connection like marketing champs, the store people talked nicely so that the customer purchased but he sold a faulty Handset and when after two days the customer went back to the store to return back both device , he kept me waiting for 2 hours because he prior knows that I am coming to return back. After patiently waiting for 2 hours this guy told me that you have to pay $35 restocking fees for the Device and $35 restocking fees for the tablet then I asked this guy that on AT&T website the terms and conditions are: for Device: For tablet: I asked this guy that why there is a difference in the restocking fees as you should charge me 10% of the purchase price then this guy started shouting on me saying that we are “Spring Mobile” Not AT&T then i asked where on your store you mentioned in Human readable manner that you are SPRING MOBILE, ? No reply and above all he pushed me out of the store and threatened me that he will call the cops just because I am asking this discrepancy. What wrong i did ? my fault is that i asked about discrepancy ? I paid the restocking fees as demanded by that guy and confirmed with him that cancel my account and services , Month later AT&T send me the bill and they start penalizing me why ? Technically I purchased a mobile from SPRING MOBILE and returned back according to their terms and conditions and they gave me receipt back now what AT&T is asking from me ? I politely tried to get this matter resolved, made the customer care talked to the Store manager , they updated records but the pathetic customer care service sends this to Collection agency and they called me and talked abusive and in an insulting manner to me. Is it my fault that AT&T records are not in sync with their retailers ? This is ridiculous that when you want to give connection and take money your system are in sync but when something customer wants your systems are out of sync. I have to daily call AT&T and their inhuman managers and authorities are shameless that they don't bother to pick the phone. A billion dollar empire with so many followers, this is how they make money and harass a comman man. Is that I am being an International student that's why they can behave the way they want . Why should every day i have to call these People which don't deserve to be called as human ? Just because One unfortunate day I entered the AT&T store and made a decision to buy a connection. I have my bills and and restocking bills copy, I don't owe anything to AT&T , Please stop Harassing me everyday and stop saying abusive words to me. NOTE: Don’t Ignore you might be facing the similar situation in your life, Please spare a moment to make process better so that you all should not be facing this and writing like me. And if you feel it is a waste please ignore and i appreciate your time reading this. above all I am requesting to send me the last bill that states that i dont owe anything to this company and still they are so mean people that don't care to answer here is the request CM***. Pardon my language but this company needs something strong from the people that taught them u r running because of people not because of arrogancy
