billing error

Hello
I am a foreigner user and I tried to pay by credit mastercard.
I got an message that the payment is approved yesterday, but my balance is still till now.
I want to cancel the paymant because I double paid it since the web showed me 'there is an error'. - I tried to pay by the mastercard and there was an error so I tried another debit card. But after that, I got a message notifying me both were approved. But I've got balance of only debit one.
Please check my payment and cancel credit one.
