I was billed over $200 on my first bill and I was told by two different agents through chat that this was because I was charged for the first month and the last month of the contract.
When I got the service, by bill was about $104 and now it is about $70. Does anyone know if AT&T will give me some kind of credit for the extra money I spent because they billed me ahead for the last month. I just have a nagging feeling like they will try to screw me over since I did not keep my first month's bill.
