I have had nothing but lies and broken promises for the last ten months or so after being tricked into upgrading phones and changing contract. The bill is consistently running $75-100 per month more than what retention had promised. For the last two months I have been getting nothing but a run around after being promised first that 3 credits of $180 totaling $540 would be placed on the bill then next week told no only can do 2 then next week no credits yet and told only 1 could be done. Still not one dime of credits or adjustments after numerous calls and hours on phone promising they would get me the credits and all kinds of fabricated stories as to why like that the wrong coding was used for credits. Still no credits and now being told will not honor their word and place any credits on my bill. This is complete bull poop after 8 years with you and an average monthly bill of several hundred dollars now topping out at a whopping $350+ per month. I have begged and pleaded to have escalated my case to no avail they keep promising an upper level account executive will call but they never have and has now been another month.
I would appreciate a contact and explenation as to why and how you can make numerous promises to loyal customers and never keep them anymore.
