Payment Canceled

I want to warn everyone about what happend to me.

I have my payment on auto pay and every month I get a text saying my payment went through. I got a text on March 25th saying that my payment went through so i left it as that. This month i got a text saying my payment of 348.00 went through for this month. I checked online to see why it was that much. Aparently my payment  was canceled which I didn't authorize. I never got any email or text saying that this happen. When I called customer service to tell them what happen all they said was there was nothing they can do and that I needed to check online to see about a payment going through. 

I will be switching wireless cariers very soon and i encourage you all to do the same.
