Ive been a at&t customer for a while now always paid my bill on time or payed large amounts at one time. I couldnt pay my whole bill this month but I did pay 100$ towards they put a hold on my account n turned off my serivce when I called to talk about making a payment plan so it could be payed off Friday everybody I talked to was very rude nobody could help Me n everybody was giving different aswners to the same question. Honestly nobody in that customer service knows what they r talking about n was very annoyed.. I was on the phone for 2 hours n didnt get my issue taken care of Bc nobody could help me Bc their all clueless!! Im deftly gonna switch to a different carrier in the near future.. Everybody in my family has problems with at&t my mom has been with at&t for 10 years n last month at&t took over 400$ out of her bank account without permission n when said called they said there is nothing they can do about n their systems were having issues she didnt get the money back til weeks later never even got a sorry letter or nothing off her bill! Shell will be switching to a different carrier to. At&t really sucks now ill be giving my money back to Verizon
