I made a payment arrangement on February 16, 2015 for February 17, 2015. They sent me a text message that confirms that Att free message on the 16th of February.
In their computer they show nothing in about any type of an arrangement. So they they claim they turned my phone off. A customer service rep ask me to go out of my way to show a store, so I did just that about 9:30 at night I get a call from knuckle head that woke my child. He continues to explain even though I had gone out of my way to to show proof its too bad. I am still going to have to pay for it anyway. "Everyone makes mistakes" I finally found the The public utility commission . Do you all know ATT would not give it out! Not too smart !
