I have been having an issue with my service plan since purchasing 2 new iphone6s on the NEXT plan. I have spoken to no less than 6 AT&T "representatives" in the last week. Not only have each and every one told me something different, the issue still has not been resolved. I spoke to 2 women during my last call, which totaled 1 hour and 17 minutes and neither of them could figure out what happened. Both had me on hold for extended periods while they consulted with their supervisors. The last woman I spoke with told me she could not figure it out and her supervisor was still trying to. She said they would call me back. That was Monday and I have still not received a call back. I am feeling so frustrated and angry. If I did not have a a contract, I would leave AT&T in a heartbeat.
