Issues with payment arrangement

I pray that are bought out by Verizon or a much better Telephone Service!!!! This includes the dismissal of their awful representatives (at least some). I have been with AT&T since 2005 and never had issues with them until today. The college drop out representative (who says "like" in every sentence, was so unhelpful and had such an attitude). I paid my bill and made a payment arrangement. Aparently they did not stick to the arrangement, even after everything was paid, the confirmation text was sent to me by the very sweet representative onMarch 5, 2015. We drove tp Baltimore and some how, our internet was not working. I found out by attempting to make a call, that our service was suspended. Someone at AT&T did not do their job and should be fired with no delay. I had to go through %*$^$)%&# to get my service back on. I despise ATT.
