I guess this is where I post a complaint. I am a very upset loyal, over 20 year customer. I went to the AT&T store located Highway 5 in Douglasville, GA on 12/19/14. When the person (Henry C.) came to help me I explained to him that first of all i was looking to upgrade my phone & possibly my husbands phone, but before I will do that I needed him to look at my phone bill because I felt I was paying too much a month for 2 phones and unless he could get the bill down I would be looking at possibly changing. I was paying $149.66 for the lowest usage amount & have no overages. I was there working with him for hours and he finally finished and had gotten my bill down to $120.23. I was so happy & grateful that I gave the guy a great review in the survey with AT&T & with friends. I got my first bill and it was great, then my second bill came in & it was $153.18 which is more than I was paying before. I contacted Henry and he said there was no way he would have told me that and that to me is calling me a liar & doesn't sit well with me. I didn't just dream this up and if AT&T looks at the survey I sent them they can see & why was my first bill the correct amount. I think he messed up or he just told me that to keep my business & is now trying to blame me. Well I think it's terrible that AT&T is willing to give new customers such specials & breaks, but the good customers that have been with them for years & that pay their bill on time, well we don't get anything. Not happy!!!
