In October 2014 the att store sold me a mobile share plan that was supposed to include a discount on four of my phones. Have not received that discount yet. Spent several hours trying to resolve the issue. Basically, customer service told me It was reviewed and there was nothing they could do. The store lied to me and att customer service lied to me by telling me at one point that it was going to be resolved. Not happy. I have been a 15yr customer with 8 phones on my plan. Thanks for nothing att. Will start shopping for new carrier.
