Deceptive & Misleading AT&T Wireless Promotion E-mails =UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Your company has become increasingly more hostile in its dealings with your long time customers!

 

You have been paid fair by me over the years! Why must you play games and cheat me?

 

In this particular issue you sent me a misleading email offering $10 off my Bill if i was to check out the MyAtt app feture..Well I followed the link and what not and got not such credit...I then called and was mocked and said there was no such email sent by your warm bodied SOP following HQ staff! I was told to take the email and show it to my local store! I did so and was told that this promotion doesn’t apply to me?!??! The email is 100% misleading advertising and Very Unethical & Deceptive!

NOTE: There was NO Conditions to the offer so how does the $10 credit not apply to me?!?!?!?

 

I’m sick of hearing the same old scripted stuff from your HQ call center staff as i waste my time contacting you on the issue y'all initated with me…Heck you txt me asking how i rate your service and I filed complaint via the txt message rating system and get call from your customer care dept. wondering whats up and I tell them same thing only to be given same run around!!! The only people that seem to be able to make things happen in your company are the Tier 3 managers and the retentions department which is almost impossible to get in touch with!!

 

I’m disabled living on fixed income so when i see and offer that would help me pay a bill im going to try and claim it logically...Further I'm protected by the Americans With Disabilities Act.. last time I checked the ADA protects me from unethical business practices via "fraud" which in this case is unethical practices by false advertising of promotions!

 

You are in business to serve use customers not the other way around! Its totally unethical to pick and choose what offers you give your customers after you make said offer! 

 

As far as im concerned your company LIES and y'all should be ashamed of yourself for trying to take advantage of a disabled person!

 

Yea.. I’m sure some "Big Mouthed NON-EMPLOYEE TROLL" with “Ranks” That I see down talking people posting things in this community will give me some mouthy lip how its only $10 and to just move on...well your’ not paying my bills so you can Bugger Off! My message is to get the attention of AT&T Wireless NOT YOURS!

 

AT&T I will continue to do whatever I can to get to see the errors of your business dealings!
