deployment

I'm on deployment. I'm at Texas right now. I'm from indiana. Well before I left they said to bring my orders and military ID. They said they will post pone my phone until I come back. Well yesterday my phone got turned off. And today I find out they are still billing me. I think it's 32 bucks a month. I'm kinda curious why they are still billing me even tho my phones turned off. It's really frustrating. That is going to be 352 dollors I will have to pay to not even have my cell phone.
