After my earlier post i got an email and an offer to assure me this issue could be resolved...an AT&T representive named Darren called and left a message saying "sorry to have missed me" he would schedule a call for 2 days later. I am still waiting for call...it is now Thursday. Making one effort to resolve and no call backs makes me question AT&T intent to resolve. I am frustrated and disappointed in my decision to go AT&T for my wireless service.
