I'm a new customer, just switched from TMobile. I'm sorry I did. On my second bill, I was a little late -- and within 12 days I got a suspension notice. I've never had a phone service do that before. I'll pay late charges if I run a little late, but I don't want to stay with a company that would cut off service for a slight delay in payment (They got my payment 3 days after they sent the notice). I switched to a AT&T for everything - UVerse, internet, wireless phone -- but no one warned me they would be so bad about billing. Am going to switch services if this keeps up.
