I have been in on-going conversation with a multitude of Sales reps in your warrenty dept. When I first contacted them after returning my not needed replacement phone per intructions presented in box (repackaged, security taped and put on prepaid package label) on Dec 16th,2014 after recieving it late and returning it late because of shipping or at&t. They were charging me a outstanding 584.00 for a phone I had sent back and they could not find. The first lady I contacted told me that the tracking shows they recieved it but they could not locate its where abouts and further more the one they did log that they had "recieved" was my old phone but thats not true since she varified I was calling her from my old phone.(Whole situation sounds fishy eh?) She put in a intestigation to find the phone and was going to call me back with news or my accoutn would be credited. I waited till just recently, talked to another lady, she told me that the investigation had not been completed yet and to wait till friday the 13th,2015 of that following monday, so I did so and nothing(no call or credit), got caught up in work forgot, so I called 02/20/2015 got a very helpful lady named sandra, she brought me some daughtening news that the investigation was completed but they sent the manager pictures with my box empty with no phone. She preceeded to tell me I was screwed and that it was stolen between me and them or I never put it in there....insinuating I stole it (I am a united states service member) and I dont like being told that my word is not as good as some warehouse worker who is not held to the same honor code that I am and on that note I returned it. I handed the package to the post office and that was that, she told me I needed verification that I gave it to them but I have none of the sort and if we use our noodles it does not really matter since I packaged it per AT&T  instructions which means I put the phone in there, attached prepaid label, attached fancy security tape and dropped it off for shipment. I called facilities and asked about whether they report descrepencies in packaging of boxes and such, they essentially said well we are suppose too. So I am wondering if my box was sealed up with a different kind of tape other then the security tape I put on there....which would indicate that it was tampered with, but yet again no way to verify since you cant trust the word of anyone since they dont physically have it. Anyways they said her manager would put in another investigation to see if the charges were going to be true and I will be charged, I refuse to pay for a phone when the whoel story itself makes no sense, the information they fed me is false and I cant honestly believe them, all I know is I refuse to pay for the charge of a new phone unless a new phone will be supplied to me to justify the charges. It is no fault of mine whether It was stolen or misplaced between me and them. I am sure its sitting in there warehouse and they still believe its my old phone as the first lady told me. I dont quite understand thge funky system AT&T has but it definitly has not benefitted me lately. I want pics of this box outside and inside and anything that was with it>Like a note I wrote in there thanking them anyways even though I no longer needed the phone.

Thank you.
