On August 5 2014 I called att to pay my bill I gave the customer service rep. My account number and for some reason even after reading it back to me neither one of representatives could put in my information correctly I get a email on the 11th of august stating that I have not paid my bill and when I call to complain about the issue the representative says maybe some numbers where transposed but you still have to pay a late fee he refused to admit that they have terrible customer service then put me on hold for more than 15minutes wow what great customer service i am looking for a change I really hate dealing with att period I had no complaints about the wireless service until I gave them a compliment for taking good care of me so far as my wireless service now I wish I had not of said nothing
