I just got off the phone with a representative from a specific department that she tells me was created to extend payments after 14 days of the due date. I explained to her I only get paid once a month (at the end of the month). There was no solution to my problem because she could not extend the due date past the 23rd of the month. My situation started when I took a cruise and arrived home after with a bill of over $700 dollars. This also included an overage in our shared data plan. I was ok with paying a overage in the shared data plan but when we were told by the cruise line that we would be on their network for data I still made sure we only used the phone for emergencies ( when my daughter and mother were lost). To be billed almost $500 dollars for rarely using the phone I though was ridiculous. Ii was told I can get a credit but it was only a 3rd of the international charges. Now I'm stuck with a payment I can't make. Although I made a payment for this month higher than my normal payment and I'm willing to make a higher payment when i get paid at the end of the mont; I was told there is nothing they can do, and that I will still incur late charges and my services will be shut off after the 23rd and I will have to pay all the charges for the phones that are in the NEXT plan. This seems like a downhill battle and can evolve into over thousands of dollars in charges to be paid, when it seems like everything can be resolved if the payments are taken at the end of the month. Please help
