To start, I think AT&T Next and their new pricing structure is a scam and I am consulting with an attorney tomorrow to take as much legal action as possible. I went into an AT&T store and they tricked me into NOT switching to Sprint by assuring me that AT&T was better priced. Regardless, I was given an estimate on what my bill would be with the installment fees, plus taxes & fees and I got my bill and it's $50 higher than what they estimated, with taxes & fees. I was paying a relatively reasonable $134/mo (with company discount) and now my bill is $268/mo (with company discount), that's literally double.
What makes this worse is that their deceit prevents me from cancelling my service and switching because I passed the 13 day marker to stop everything because my bill came literally at night on the 13th day.
Is anyone else having this issue? I am furious now and before I go on a campaign against AT&T I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same. If many of you are experiencing this we should all use social media to stop AT&T and we should all take legal action against them, I know I will, starting with my company, social media, legal and anything else I can do to stop them.
