I recently transferred an iphone 5s from one line, on my account, to another line, on my account.
This phone was on an installment plan. I was told, at the att store, that the installments would just carry over, to the new line. When I got my bill, lo and behold, I had been charged for the full amount, of the 5s, $499. Quite a sticker shock, all in one swoop. I'm told nothing can be done since I am dumb enough to be on autopay. Changed that, promptly.
I have been an ATT wireless customer, for 17 years. I have 6 lines, on this account. It will definitely be a hassle to change, now but I will if you guys can't straighten this out.
This is disgusting.
