I had a sales lady get me to sign up for the family bundle saving it would save me money, but instead added 40 to my bill! So in order to get it down ANY I dropped insurances on 4 phones (we don't and won't use insurance) and this morning they send me an app to find, erase, and lock a lost phone. Thankfully I looked the app up and wouldn't you know, it requires insurance! They wanted my money back! They didn't offer when I HAD insurance! As soon as I can afford to, I am leaving your services!
