I have 2 Smart phones in the next plan aka the worst plan ever. I realize I didn't do the full research when doing this but I've been with ATT since it was Bell Atlantic so I just did it and trusted it. I can't afford this monthly bill anymore even though I'm apparently signed on for $120 a month, that's not even close to what I actually pay. I pay over $200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want out of this bill and was just told it would cost us over a GRAND to early terminate. I almost threw up when the representative told me that. I don't see how this is customer service. I answer phones for a living at a doctors office, I don't have that kind of money! Is this true!?
