I was cheated by att. When I singed up for the insurance they told me that there is no deductable and you just come and swap the phone.
When my phone went bad, they replaced me with new phone and charged me $199/- as deductable. For $199/-, I can as well get a new phone. When I called the insurance and asked about $199/-, the manager was very rude and do not want to listed to me. She is not bothering what their people told me to opt for insurance plan and she is supporting them. Does any one has the same experience?
I will be leaving the att for their cheating.
