Yes I just paid my last bit of past due amt. I called Monday and she assured me that as soon as I paid the 40.00, that after I paid it to call and make arrangements. I paid the bill called first thing this morning and my service is interrupted I called Monday to assure that I did not go through the same thing the last time. I did what was told to do. But I still had my services interrupted. I think that this is just wrong. I need my services turned on I'm taking care of 2 very sick relatives, and I am just frustrated over all this nonsense. One month is 10 day grace period, one month it's 7 days the next morning th it's 2 days. It is very wrong. I will be switching my services when I'm done with this contract. I would be very appreciative if I received an email as to why the grace period and as to why the representative do not know exactly what to tell customers?
