AT&T put my wife's phone on its own plan, not in family and overcharged me $153.33

And when I called they said it was an Apple mistake, Apple says that it couldn't have happened from them. AT&T has over charged me $153.33 for THEIR mistake and only wants to credit me 1/2 of it. I spent 1 hour on the phone and am now waiting for manager of manager to call me back. They blame this on the system won't let us make this retroactive correction

Just incredible. I've paid them thousands a year and they won't fix their own mistake.

Who can I take this up with? At this point it's about the principle as much as the money.
