Spent 2hrs at my local ATT store last night in regard to our payment last week. We had a payment plan to pay 58.96on the first of Nov. I paid $50 thinking that I could pay the difference next week. Evidently ATT wants every cent paid or they cancel the agreement and demand their total payment. We lost our phones yesterday.
We called from a service rep's phone last night andwe got this little girl on their who would not help us at all. She told me the verbal agreement we had was canceled on their end and ATT wanted every cent we owed, The reason we set it up was we couldn't pay all of it at one time to begin with. She kept repeating "to get your service reinstated, you need to pay the whole thing tonoght. I am disabled and we're both in our mid 60"s, on retirement and S/S. We need our phones for security and communications. She could have cared less. Looking for another provider.
