Customer service representative

I just activated new service with AT&T and got 4 lines because the agent on the store told me that my 1st month bill would be high but I can call and get them to waive the activation fees. I called and asked about that and the guy told me that they don't do that. I told him that there was no way I would have gotten that many lines of I would have known that. My mother had service with AT&T for 10yrs and they gave her similar problems. I should have gone to a another provider. They need to get their representative all on the same page or at least get some that are honest. They tell you whatever to get a sale. I just hope they fix this problem so people would know what to expect. I just got service and I can't wait for my 2 yrs to be up! No upgrades for me.
