My husband and I have had our phones since December and we have had NOTHING but problem after problem with our bill, data overages, and lost coverage in big cities. We have had to call Att every single month except the first month since we've had these phones for charges that we shouldn't be getting charged for, miss information, and down right terrible customer service. We love our phones however, when we switched from Verizon if we knew that we would have so many issues we wouldn't have switched. I am so disappointed. I will say that the person we talked to last month did however take care of our bill and gave us the credits we deserved except now our data has spiked yet again! And this hasn't done this in over 3 months! What is the point of having a phone service that you have to call the provider each month to figure why we keep getting data spikes when we have turned off all live tiles (which is the whole point of the phone) and only use games etc. When we are using a Wifi. Does anyone else have these issues? Because quite frankly we're about at wits end!
