I cancelled my service on 04/05/2013. I was paid thru 05/01/2013. I was advised that my next bill would include a disconnect fee of $70.00 and a credit for days not used (25). So I get the next bill and the bill and the termination fee is there and the credit. However, they charged me again for the days I didn't use the service (04/05/2013-05/01/2013) which completely cancelled out my credit. When I called to complain, they basically said that I don't get a credit for the days I didn't use. I think it is illegal to charge for services that are not rendered and I will continue to fight this until I get my $89.99 that is due to me.
