payment cancelation

An internet website cheated me $9.99.

I want to cancel a payment at march 18. I didn't want to pay it. Also I haven't used anything on this web.

I was rooked by the world game alert. While I was registering the website, I didn't know that is fake.

I hope that payment is canceled.

Could I get a refund?

Also, It will be paid at april 18.

I never want to pay it.
