At&t promised me for a free phone after adding a line, so accepted it and upon checking my bill I was charged with that phone monthly, They said just return it , so I did send it thru UPS using the enclosed return label, and I called them after a week and they said they got it, so I shred the UPS confirmation, at&t keeps on charging me and they are denying now that they dont have the phone. how come? i thought all the conversation is recorded so why do at&t have to deny it! actually if they want to trace that return label to they can, since at&t is the one who generated that label, so stop charging me!
