We have had nothing but issues. We have been with this company for years. For starters a few months ago, we have been trying to un-unify our direct TV and wireless service, still has not happened. Then when you call in for assistance you get transferred 4+ times and either get no answers or answers that change the next time you call or when you deal with the same issue again. Or if you go to apple they do the same thing to them, even going into a store they can't keep information inconsistent. This was one reason why we switched carriers. That was another battle. We paid off all our devices and yet it took almost a month and us calling several times to get them to post it to one device to unlock it. Then when we unlock our devices we got all the emails and codes to unlock for a new carrier and never did get our IPhone 4s to switch because it says they are locked. But you call and they say it is. Next was porting the numbers, we asked if there was a different account number to port numbers when we paid off devices and was told not, later we found that untrue and it took us a day of calling and being passed around to finally get that number for our number. Finally when we got our final bill they charged us a full month of service because one line got transferred the morning after or billing cycle ended, even though we called the last day of the billing cycle and told them to cancel the service at midnight. We knew we owed for 2 tablet ETF and our direct tv, we were told to pay for last Month service we didn't use and wait for it to be reimbursed to us in a few months. Also that we can't unlock our tablets till the reimbursement happens, and we asked when we paid all our devices off if we could do the tablets and we were told no, that we had to wait till we ended service. Never again will we use AT&T. This is too stressful and you have to jump through too many
